I just wanted to drop you a note and let you know what an awesome job you're doing with It's Confidence service in our salon.

I was ecstatic that we were able to book 8 appointments on our second day of offering the service in our salon. Our clients are very buzzed about the service and love the fact that they can get it right here in the comfort and convenience of the salon. We love it because it's our #1 priority to please our clients. They love this! It is also a great add on service that fits perfectly with our other services and products, especially our mineral makeup, which is Mineralogie and our skin care product line, which is Skinceuticals. "It's Confidence" approached my salon around the middle of August 2007. Their sales representative presented the Licensing program to our salon in a very professional manor. She fully explained the contract and ensured it was to my full understanding. I felt no pressure at all to sign before I understood. I was even offered time to look over the contract at my leisure and or even take it to my attorney if I wished to do so. That is exactly what I did.  At that point, my attorney found the Licensee contract to be a very sound and legal agreement. A great business proposal that is a win- win for both parties.

My business partner and I decided to sign the agreement and found that our clients were displaying strong interest in the injectable service we offer in our salon.

On the very first injectables event scheduled at our Salon by "It's Confidence" their staff was very professional. They made our clients feel comfortable about their procedures. And never pressured any of the appointments we had on the books. It's Confidence staff actually greeted every client coming in the salon that day whether they were there for a Botox service or a hair service.

All of our clients which received the injectables were very pleased with the results and re-booked for a follow-up. All the consultation  appointments booked for a service on our next event.

Also, we were very pleased and impressed to see that (one of the 3 Plastic Surgeons) affiliated with It's Confidence actually took the time to come by the Salon (even though it was on a Saturday). The physician was exceptionally pleasant and he made the time to meet each and everyone of us in person. A very nice and professional touch.
